Team expansion

Since May of this year I can proudly call myself an employee of &Flux. How did I get here? By accident, actually. Looking for a new challenge……. No, that’s not how it went.
I just wanted to get back to work. And through a friend of a friend, the job vacancy was suddenly there in front of me. Right up my street: a little bit of everything, arranging, organising, planning, MarCom and adding a bit of structure to the chaos. The one thing I didn’t know was what kind of company it was. I only discovered this during the job interview, and I thought: Bingo! And if you ask my family and friends what they think? ‘Yes, that’s exactly the kind of company she’s attracted to.’ So I can honestly say that I really struck it lucky this time.

Over the past few months, I was really surprised by the energy and passion radiated by my colleagues. Most people say: we work together and we’re open and honest, but here this is said rarely but done very often. A real Rotterdam mentality that makes me feel at home. And maybe that’s what it really is. Coming home. Getting to work. With my sleeves rolled up. There are many more ways of expressing it, but I think you get the picture.

In a nutshell: I’m fortunate to be able to work with so many passionate people who all believe in one thing: Do what makes you happy and leave the world a better place than when you entered it.
