Thea Timmermans director at &flux
We are starting the new year with some exciting news: an important step in the further development of our organisation. Thea Timmermans has been appointed managing director of &flux, effective January 2026!
Since the establishment of &flux six years ago, Thea has been closely involved with the company. Together with Sander van der Wal and Petrus Postma, she has helped build the foundations of what &flux is today. Over the years, she has gotten to know our organisation, culture and working methods inside and out.
Ready for the next phase of growth
In recent years, &flux has grown steadily to a team of approximately 20 colleagues. With this growth comes the need for a clear structure and clear management to realise the company’s future-proof ambitions. With this in mind, it was decided to restructure the organisation and offer Thea the role of managing director.
Focus and direction
Thea is known for her structured approach and her ability to bring calm and focus. These qualities are a good fit for this new phase of &flux. With her appointment, we are creating a solid foundation on which to continue building our mission: working together on impactful projects and accelerating sustainable transitions. We look forward with confidence to the new year and the next steps we will take together.
