What we do:

We believe in a healthy, future-proof economy. &Flux is building the value chains that will make that happen. We are creating and capitalising on opportunities to shape the new economy. And building the propositions and the coalitions to make that happen. With expertise and knowledge of chains.

A selection of the projects we are initiating and developing:

• Reuse of residual heat and CO2 in greenhouse horticulture, thus avoiding the use of natural gas.
• Positioning CO2 as a raw material for an economy that turns our biggest climate problem into new business.
• Working with industrial partners to add value to residual flows and import green hydrogen.
• Conveying residual heat from data centres to the built environment. Connecting climate adaptation, sustainability and circularity. And that’s not all by a long shot.

We have now been up and running for around nine months and have grown into a team of driven people who are intrinsically motivated to make a difference. So now we are looking for number 12!

Who you are:

Do you believe that you can use your energy and competences to make the world a little healthier and are you convinced that system integration is the keyword? Do you know what it takes to build value chains and do you understand how to get people moving? Would you like to help build a fast-growing startup in the world of sustainability?

Our tickboxes:

• You dare to call yourself experienced (10+ years work experience) and you have an innate ability in what you do
• You understand how to help companies create new chains and partnerships
• You also speak the language of government organisations and know how to break down barriers, where necessary
• You have built up an administrative network with government organisations and the market
• You know the world of greenhouse horticulture, industry, the built environment, data centres (or some of them) and you see endless possibilities for achieving conversions and chains
• You understand the material, you can discuss it with professionals and you can explain it to your neighbour at the same time
• You have a burning desire to build projects that make the world a healthier place in a young company with talented colleagues!
