What we are doing

We build new value chains. We do this by building a proposition in an environment, paid or unpaid. We map out the case (for example, a new heating network, a climate facade, new value creation of residual energy, a scale-up), its added value, the value chain and the partners, and the extent to which they are willing to invest in capitalising on the proposition. We model it in clear language so that decisions can be made about the next step.
